    Section 4: Impeachment
The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors. The Constitution also allows for involuntary removal from office.

  2. Ann Brown on November 7, 2019 at 2:09 am

Don’t believe MSNBC, they are so biased against the President…

  3. C&B Jones on November 7, 2019 at 2:10 am

Bolton wants his secrets to come out in his book (that apparently he’s already started writing) rather than in front of the inquiry

  4. Mercas Ed on November 7, 2019 at 2:11 am

    Trumpers where you at?

  5. Wayne Broadbent on November 7, 2019 at 2:11 am

In the President’s view, asking a foreign government to investigate a domestic political opponent is not troublesome or problematic,” Fox News legal analyst and former judge Andrew Napolitano said this week.
“The problem with that is the statute, which says soliciting – asking – for aid in a domestic political campaign, whether the aid is delivered or not, is a criminal event. That’s clear in the statute. Whether the aid is delivered or not, asking for it is impermissible.”criminal, lier, not as smart as he thinks Putin knows this drain the White House swamp dump trump

  6. Hans Lennros on November 7, 2019 at 2:12 am

*Remember that the impeachment procedure was initiated long before Trump’s Ukranian call?*
Now the impeachment inquiry is all about if the call included _quid_ _pro_ _quo_ "service in return" to smear Biden that would benefit Trump’s 2020 re-election campaign which democrats are dreading. The transcripts of the call do *not* show that Trump bartered for an investigation into Biden’s affairs in exchange of American financial aid. As chair of the Intelligence Committee, Congressman Adam Schiff claims that the transcripts *do* show how Trump pushed Ukraine to find dirt on his main political rival Joe Biden and that has been supported by a whistleblower.
What is true in this, and what are lies? *YOU DECIDE!* The comments by Schiff are to the right:

Trump is a windfall for lawyers. It seems that everyone in his orbit has to lawyer up. How peculiar

  8. Larrygilbertreyes Reyes on November 7, 2019 at 2:13 am

We all trump is going to smear, his opponent, by whatever means possible and put a doubt in the people’s mind let the Russians do thier thing and his base of all the brainwashed white people and stupid minorities will carry to the next term where he will be the ruler

  9. 601salsa on November 7, 2019 at 2:13 am

Witnesses testifying are trye patriots, they know that trump will try to come after them, they know he has ordered all serving staff to be gagged hence why they are resigning so they can testify and a person doesnt go against the wh unless they truly believe the wh committed crimes and felt they have to testify even against the power of the white house. These witnesses are american patriots

  10. Mary Johnson on November 7, 2019 at 2:16 am

    Jail all these crooks

  11. Paul H on November 7, 2019 at 2:17 am

If I testify that I agree with all of the relevant factual assertions in the testimonies of William Taylor and Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman, but I disagree with whether those facts violate the law, does my legal conclusion even matter?

  12. Sanvirel on November 7, 2019 at 2:20 am

Trump will still remain president after this dog and pony show is over

  13. liberty Ann on November 7, 2019 at 2:21 am

Too bad all these good veteran service workers have to leave so they can testify. We lose all that experience because of Trump.

  14. tanattecnocraft on November 7, 2019 at 2:23 am

That is a lot of overwhelming and damning testimonies, I am curious what his lawyers will counter these diplomats, Ambassadors and Army Colonel as liars or enemies of America when they are not.

  15. boh7em on November 7, 2019 at 2:23 am

Doubt he will be impeached. Alt-right has stronghold on the WH and the old GOP are spineless or getting out to avoid being part of the mess. Not to mention Trump has some big money behind him because they know he is fighting for the top 1% to get richer.
Let’s face it, nothing he does would deter his nutty supporters.

  16. Sharon Schubert on November 7, 2019 at 2:25 am

So many witnesses are confirming Trumps dirty deeds, yet trump maintains he did nothing wrong and they’re all lying. When will all the corruption end, when will America be done with all this drama? It’s a disgrace.

  17. Zmaj on November 7, 2019 at 2:25 am

This guy has to be dirty

  18. Karen Grace on November 7, 2019 at 2:25 am

Russia, Russia, Russia, Impeachment, Maddow spinning stories to distract Americans from issues important to their daily lives. Bottom line, Biden and most politicians are corrupt. MSNBC, Joseph Goebbels contribution to society.

  19. Ryan Anderson on November 7, 2019 at 2:28 am

Putin stooge. Helsinki was too obvious, but we are still unable to accept how scary the truth is. What is next?

  20. zackery zackery on November 7, 2019 at 2:28 am

Hey, it looks like the Dems star witness is  Eric Ciaramella. Who is this?

Well, he’s NSC, worked with Joe Biden, worked with Brennan, and worked on the Mueller investigation. He did not have first hand knowledge of the call. He was also described by a colleague as wanting to sabotage Trump.

Another unbiased perfectly honest witness against Trump. We all should be voting for Trump for fighting the deep state and the MSM garbage.

  21. Karl Hobiger on November 7, 2019 at 2:29 am

How could US select a simple, lying, incompetent, narcisistic crook as president? And keep supporting him?

  22. Cheryl Mcwilliams on November 7, 2019 at 2:30 am

If the Republican party ignores all this testimony, they are a danger to our country. Its not democrats against this president. Its right against wrong.

Anti-Trump folks: WE MUST STAY STRONG PEOPLE! Don’t whine about "I’m tired of this" and "Im tired of that"… this is life/death for our great nation. We must defeat Trump next year – lawfully and soundly and then prepare for the glassy-eyed backlash! Stay rested, stay healthy, do yoga!!! WE NEED EVERYONE SHARP AND IN THE GAME!!!

  26. Lorrie on November 7, 2019 at 2:36 am

I have to stop obsessing. My stomach hurts. I have 9 +1 pets to take care of, a band concert to drive for an hour to get to and pick up husband at airport at midnight.
It’s like a train wreck you can’t stop watching!
    Oh, wait, it is!

@Ash Roskell  that’s why Brannon has popped back up with his conspiracy theories and never ending quackery. Going on CNN talking all over the host Andersen Cooper. Offering everything but the facts about everybody but quid pro quo.

Deal with the other stuff later in my opinion. Whoring out the tax payers money like you earned it is a bigger issue. That’s the priority. Career Government managers could have guided him if he had them.

  31. Po Sun Lee on November 7, 2019 at 2:42 am

Tim Morrison is a young rising star and officer in the states department. I think that with his talent and vision, he can do well anywhere he decides. Quitting the states and cutting the tie with Trump may be the best move.

  32. valhoff3 on November 7, 2019 at 2:45 am

My hope is that Republicans with integrity are leaving the party in droves and will vote for the Democratic candidate. I know of some who are!

    Trump is a Russian spy.

  35. Fréd on November 7, 2019 at 2:45 am

So disheartening that every single individual as part of this web is white and the majority being men. This is so not representative of the make up of the US. So much scandal, drama, corruption and conflict all at the hands of white men. Shame!

  36. Donna S on November 7, 2019 at 2:46 am

No saving face for GOP! Tails between their legs!!! Embarrassment!! Going down with Shame! So deserving!

  37. Donovan on November 7, 2019 at 2:47 am

Once the *GOP realize they have no way of controlling Trump* and that his base, who are truly delusional, are not transferable, *they will abandon him.* The ones fighting the hardest, will fight to the bitter end because they are afraid their own corruptions will come to light. (i.e.: Mick Mulvaney, Mike Pence, Mike Pompeo, William Barr, Rick Perry, John Eisenberg, etc.)

  38. Marvin Gershowitz on November 7, 2019 at 2:48 am

    … YES?
Well if you had 2 Billion, now have 1 Billion / have 100 Billion, now you have 1 Billion

You’re a wonderful reporter, Rachel Maddow. Thank you for your service to our country!

  41. DDIFCC on November 7, 2019 at 2:57 am

Trump is a corrupt moron but the problem is the crazy amount of republicans and Americans that support this corruption. that is the horror of where we are in history and too stupid to change it. please prove me wrong America!

  42. Max Doubt on November 7, 2019 at 2:58 am

Donald’s "Don’t cooperate!" decree now lays in tatters.
Most of those subpoenaed chose to be revealing chatters.
That is how to recognize the scoundrels when it matters:
shine a bright, attentive light and watch to see who scatters.

  43. Patrick Alexander on November 7, 2019 at 2:59 am

What happens next is the Senate shoots it down & and a bunch of Republicans gets voted out of office. Trump faces the wrath when he’s out of office

  44. Norris Bethke on November 7, 2019 at 2:59 am

So we should ask the Ukrainians, Russians, and Chinese to investigate chrump ? Eh ?

  45. lenore mcgarry on November 7, 2019 at 2:59 am

And yet the Republicans will deny that any of this is wrong.

  46. Margaret Peeler on November 7, 2019 at 2:59 am

"there have been mysteries about John Bolton’s behavior…" ROFLMAO, there have ALWAYS been mysteries about Bolton’s behavior!!! IMO some of his policy ideas range from bat-guano crazy to EOTWAWKI catastrophes, but by golly his integrity is not for sale! Priceless integrity has always been an uncommon characteristic in politicians. Lately it has become nearly extinct in Republicans. I applaud each Republican who dares to place actual patriotism above party loyalty, but sometimes while I applaud I laugh. Siding with Bolton feels odder than admiring John Ashcroft’s famous post-surgery stand for integrity when he was attorney general for GWB.

  47. Kenneth Lamb on November 7, 2019 at 3:02 am

I do not expect the GOP in the senate to impeach this fool, will just have to wait until November 2020.

  48. Marco Anttila on November 7, 2019 at 3:03 am

My mother changed from Republican to Democrat today with the impeachment. Only impeachment needed to leave the legacy he lives. "Liar" and oath breaker. He disgraced the office to a level not even fathomed
